The turtle is the oldest symbol of Mother Earth. It has taught me of the cycles in life — of time and our relationship with Nature. Allowing time to flow naturally awakens opportunities in your life. Mother Earth provides,nurtures, heals, and guides; and like the turtle’s shell, she protects us as long as we do the same for her. Deep in the forest amongst an aging oak grove, lay the remains of an ancient culture who worked in harmony with the land over 2000 years ago. A tree rising out of the serpent mounds spoke to me of their eternal Mother, the Earth.  |
